Turner Construction: Diversity & Inclusion Collateral

A $10 billion+ firm, Turner Construction is a long-time leader in the construction industry. The company was looking to better promote it’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives both internally and externally. We worked with Turner to: redesign and create all new content for Turner’s D&I intranet; create a publication showcasing the diversity of their employees; and design an annual calendar highlighting event and dates throughout the year that honor a range of cultures and backgrounds. The new publications helped grow awareness of the work of the Diversity & Inclusion department within the organization, assisted in business development efforts, and enabled the Vice President of the division to easily articulate the value that a commitment to diversity within the organization brings to the business.
